Every spring this goddess is believed to make the grass and flowers grow again, so let's celebrate Maia, the month of May that is named after her, and all the wonderful vegetables, fruits, herbs and plants this week!.
Since Maia looked over plants, this week make any plant-powered, fruit, vegetable and/or herb-forward dish from one of our 21 featured chefs! Make and post your Celebrating Maia recipe by Sunday, May 16th. Please link a picture of your recipe below, and leave a comment after.
