April 16th - April 22nd: From The Mediterranean
 

(Eric Ripert has many wonderful Mediterranean-inspired recipes. Choose one to share this week.)

April 23rd - April 29th: April IHCC Potluck!
 

(Make any Eric Ripert dish OR make any dish from any of our other IHCC chefs - your choice!)

(Make any Eric Ripert dish inspired by his travels in Asia!)

May 7th - May 13th: Monthly Featured Ingredient/Dish- Garlic!  
(Make a recipe from any of our past or present IHCC chefs featuring or including GARLIC! Also, feel free to share any of your favorite recipes featuring GARLIC from IHCC chefs in your post!)

May 14th - May 20th:
From The Sea!  
(Make any Eric Ripert dish using ingredients from the sea: fish, seafood, seaweed, etc.)

May 21st - May 27th: From The West!  
(Make any Eric Ripert dish inspired by his time in the west - America, Mexico, Puerto Rico, etc. )

May 28th - June 3rd: May IHCC Potluck!
 
(Make any Eric Ripert dish OR make any dish from any of our other IHCC chefs - your choice!)

June 4th - June 10th: From the Salad Bowl! 
(Make any Eric Ripert Recipe for any kind of salad--greens, veggies, fruit, grain, etc.)

June 11th - June 17th: Monthly Featured Ingredient/Dish- Berries!
 
(Make a recipe by any of our past or present IHCC chefs featuring or including any kind of berry--fresh, frozen, preserved or dried. Also, feel free to share any of your favorite berry recipes from IHCC chefs in your post!)

June 18th - June 24th: From The Farm
 
(Make an Eric Ripert recipe that features anything you can get from a farm or a farmers market--like meats or poultry, eggs, milk, cheeses, jams, fruits, herbs or veggies. 
June 25th - July 1st: June IHCC Potluck! 
(Make any Eric Ripert dish OR make any dish from any of our other IHCC chefs - it's your choice!)

July 2nd - July 8th: From the Starter Menu!(Make any Eric Ripert dish for appetizers, small plates, pupus, or anything you might find on the starter menu!)

July 9th - July 15th: Monthly Featured Ingredient/Dish Challenge- Corn!
(Make a recipe from any of our past or present IHCC chefs featuring or including CORN! (Fresh, frozen, canned, corn products like chips or tortillas or masa (corn flour), polenta, etc.) Also, feel free to share any of your favorite recipes featuring CORN from IHCC chefs in your post!)

July 16th - July 22nd:
From The Garden! (Make any Eric Ripert veg-friendly dish featuring ingredients from your garden, a garden, or the produce department!)

July 23rd - July 29th: July IHCC Potluck!
(Make any Eric Ripert dish OR make any dish from any of our other IHCC chefs - your choice!)
 
July 30th - August 5th: From the Grill! 
 (Make any Eric Ripert dish that you can cook outside on the grill or inside on your grill pan!)

August 6th - August 12th: Monthly Featured Ingredient/Dish Challenge- Chilly Delights!  
(Make a recipe from any of our past or present IHCC chefs featuring something chilly (chilled soup, drinks, smoothies, popsicles, ice cream, puddings, and/or desserts that are either cold or frozen) Also, feel free to share any of your past favorite CHILLY recipes from IHCC chefs in your post!)

August 13th- August 19th :
From The Vine! 
(Make any Eric Ripert dish using ingredients from the vine- tomatoes, grapes, or wine!)

August 20th - August 26th: From The Dessert Menu!  
(Make any Eric Ripert dish that you would see on a dessert menu!)

August 27th - September 2nd: August IHCC Potluck!  
(Make any Eric Ripert dish OR make any dish from any of our other IHCC chefs - your choice!)
