Let's Get Roasted with Giada!
Turn up the oven and get out your roasting pans.
We are roasting with Giada this week!
What are we roasting?
Chicken, pork, beef, lamb, veggies, garlic ...whatever ...it's up to you!
Just find a Giada recipe online or in one of her books that involves roasting or uses a roasted ingredient in it and post it by Sunday, January 16th.
Don't forget to link your post of the week's with Mr. Linky below, so we can all enjoy your fabulous creation! Remember to leave a comment after, each week that you use Mr. Linky to link your post, just to be sure we don't miss anyone.
Not sure what a permalink is? Check out our Welcome post.
If you missed seeing the Resolutions theme last week, be sure to head on over and see all of the delicious Giada dishes everyone brought and what their resolutions are!
Don't forget, IHCC is only cooking through the recipes of Giada De Laurentiis right now...so if you link a post up, please be sure that you've used/adapted one of her recipes. Otherwise we do have to remove the link and we really hate to do that. It makes us feel mean!

Let the roasting begin! Perfect timing...my kitchen needs warming up :)
Great post, I also love the retro photos, how fun!
I've picked out my 'roasted' recipe but haven't made it yet, can't wait :)
Porktacular roast is up! Mmmmm, all from one magical animal...
Love Giada's recipes. I'll definitely have roast something this weekend!
Please add me to your Twitter list, too.

Wonderful! You are on the lists, Kris!
Looking forward to seeing your dish!
Oh yes! Giada's Honey-Mustard Pork Roast with Bacon was well-worth waiting for. Plus, I think the leftovers are going to make some wonderful sandwiches:)
Great minds think alike, Natashya! Yours looks delicious.
OK everyone, all linked up with another great Giada recipe. The 'fam' loved and approved it around the table tonight. Phew! I live with the most stringent Italian critics. Every bite was eaten with delight! Looking forward to what's next! Thanks for allowing me to participate, Roz
Had to get my veggie roasting on so I made some delicious Penne with Roasted Eggplant Puree.
Sliding in right under the wire with a roasted dessert :)
This was a tough week for me to pick a recipe but I had fun with these in the end!
Deb, if I'd have seen that recipe you made (roasted eggplant penne) that would have been my pick as well, it looks so good!
I'm going to try the wine marinated beef stew from La Bella Cook!
