Meat-Free But Flavorful!

We are going Meat-Free But Flavorful this week!



It's easy to find Madhur Jaffrey recipes that are free from meat and poultry, but full of great flavors. Pick from fruits and veggies, grains, lentils and legumes or even fish and sea food--it's up to you!

So, go Meat-Free with any Madhur Jaffrey recipe from online or one of her many cookbooks and post it no later than Sunday, March 3rd

The rice pilaf we tried was enjoyed by all. A good mix of savory and sweet from the cranberries.

I made a vegan version of Jaffrey's Mulligatawny Soup. So good and satisfying! ;-)
