Is it pasta? A grain? Don't know which side you fall on, but couscous w/ tomato & onion was good!
A pasta in my book Michelle! ;-) Got all my ingredients and can't wait to make my pasta dish.
A note for all you "plan-aheaders" --we just added the Ottolenghi themes for June & July to the side bar.
Made a simple pasta, something that I'm not crazy about!
Thanks for the June/July themes! Already started to plan ahead! :)
Pasta with Saffron, Capers & Raisins was great--I really enjoyed this one!
;-)
Saffron Tagliatelle with Spiced Butter for me. Very nice pasta, with tasty sauce with way too much butter.
Thanks for the next months' themes!
I made Lemon & Goat Cheese Ravioli - loved it - will definitely be making this again. Was very easy to make for a lovely lunch.
A big thanks to Michelle for pointing out the Couscous with Tomato and Onion. We loved it!
