Are You Calling Me A Tart?

Now you know we would never call the gorgeous Donna Hay a tart, but she sure knows how to make a great one.  And you can too.

Donna's books, magazines and online recipes offer a multitude of tarts and pies, both sweet and savoury.  She offers recipes for pastry, or quick and easy shortcuts using pre-made, ready rolled pastry.

So, no matter whether you consider yourself a "dab hand" at pastry making or making pastry is your complete nemesis, you'll have no problem finding a Donna Hay tart or pie recipe to suit, and post your dish by Sunday 17 November.

Please remember to link a thumbnail image below, and leave a comment after you link so that we don't miss out on your dish.

  2. I had a craving for chocolate (and a crowd to feed) which the creme brulee tarts satisfied nicely.

  3. I chose a chocolate tart with an incredibly easy and fun crust technique. Someone pick Margaret up off the floor, she knows how much I don't care for chocolate so she's probably certainly had a severe shock. lol

  5. When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore! I took the pie/tart theme a bit far afield, but hey ... a good pizza pie is always welcome... right?

  10. A slightly lateral interpretation of the theme perhaps, but I've gone with Prawn & Chilli Pot-Sticker Dumplings. Will definitely be making these again.
