We all love to spend time with our family and friends this time of year but there's no need to spend hours in the kitchen making fussy "company" food when we have the recipes of Donna Hay!
This week we are going for EASY Entertaining!
It's hosting made simple with dishes that are perfect for serving to guests but, easy to prepare.
So pull off your apron, put on your party duds and find a Donna Hay dish that is EASY to make and post it by Sunday, December 1st.
Don't forget to link your dish with a thumbnail image, below and remember to leave a comment after linking so that we don't miss out on your dish. Please remember, we are cooking the recipes of Donna Hay!
New to IHCC? Need help linking up? Please see our Welcome page. If you have any questions, please leave a comment below and we will get back with you.
If you didn't check out the entries for last week's Potluck theme, be sure to check out the links and see the fabulous dishes that were made.
As usual, I am completely not on theme!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I could participate this week--have been missing IHCC! We tried the Pine Nut Brown Butter Pasta Kim made a few weeks ago. VERY fast, VERY easy, and delicious.

ReplyDeleteMade a super easy chicken dish, just let the oven do all the work!
Donna's Red Curry-Spiced Salmon with Sesame-Ginger Rice Noodles was quick to make, full of flavor and 'pretty' for company! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think salmon is always company-worthy but with a simple marinade and a quick stir fry, this delicious dish was quick and easy too.
ReplyDeleteUnusually for me, I've made dessert this week, and although it was a very simple recipe, I did make life more difficult for myself than was necessary by making a bit of a mess in the oven!!
ReplyDeleteIt's Thanksgiving morning and a crisp 28 degrees. Too cold for Florida! Off to visit your sites and yummy dishes
ReplyDeleteSubmitted my Coconut and Prawn soup, just in time :). Seems you all very fast!
ReplyDeleteSliding in under the wire with a really great way to make sweet potatoes, easy entertaining for sure...so delicious! Hope everyone celebrating Thanksgiving had a wonderful holiday!
