Ladle It Up!
It's time to get out your favorite soup pot and find those Nigel Slater recipes for soups, stews, curries, and other bowlfuls of goodness. Get ready to Ladle It Up!
Pick any Nigel Slaterbowl-friendly recipe from online or one of his cookbooks and post and link by Sunday, September 28th. Glad to see the Oct themes are up. Have already made a dish to welcome Diana Henry, being IHCC tradition to welcome a new chef. :) I'll be taking a short blogging break due to some family commitments, starting next week. Really hate to miss out on any themes, will try to join in if I can.
I made a few adaptations to Nigel's Quick Fish & Corn Chowder and it was was wonderful--simple and full of such great flavor. Yum!
