Mystery Box Madness: January 2015!

Here comes our third Mystery Box Madness challenge and the first one for 2015!

We have some fun Mystery Box Madness ingredients for January and are looking forward to see what tasty dishes those who 'take the challenge' come up with!

Here are your January 2015 MBM Ingredients:


Potatoes
Buttermilk
Flour
Paprika
Onion
Leafy Greens (Any Kind)
Lemon
Honey
Prawns/Shrimp
Feta


Your dish should contain at least three of these mystery ingredients, and you get to choose any dish from our current guest chef, Diana Henry, or any one of our previous ten IHCC chefs:

I've made DH's one-pot rice meal. Some suggestions for Feb's MBM ; sausage, vinegar, tomato sauce, beans, fish, fresh herbs, mustard...

I prepared Salmon Salad with Buttermilk Dressing just for me! Absolutely delicious!

I decided to cook with Tessa Kiros this time around and made the most fabulous Sausage and Potato Goulash (with potatoes, paprika, and onion). One of the best meals we've had in awhile. Can't wait to check out how everyone used their ingredients later tonight )
