Each month we choose a variety of ten mystery box ingredients from which to cook. It's up to you to select at least three of those ingredients and chose a recipe featuring those ingredients from one of our twelve IHCC chefs! We love to see which chef you chose to cook with, which ingredients you select, and the reason (or story) behind the recipe you share! Are you ready for April's challenge?
Here are your April 2015 MBM Ingredients:

ReplyDeleteWhat a great challenge and can't wait to reveal what I do!
ReplyDeleteThank you for inspiring me!
Scallops with a walnut sauce, served with country bread. Does that work?

What's On The List
With one ingredient switch (tarragon in place of cilantro), I made Jacques Pepin's Smoked Salmon Pizza. It was fabulous and just what I was craving. ;-)
ReplyDeleteMaking up for the not-quite-three-ingredient scallop dish with a new one: fried rice cakes. I'm new at the challenge!
ReplyDeleteI made Tarragon, Chicken & Ham Pasties by Donna Hay. :)
ReplyDeleteThis month's MBM is really challenging! Almost could not find the perfect combination! Nigel Slater to the rescue (LOL!) with his delicious Roast Chicken, Herb and Asparagus Rice. Yum!
ReplyDeletePepin's Coquilles St. Jacques is one of our new favorite dishes.
