A very warm welcome to the new IHCC monthly event: Monthly Featured Ingredient! The first installment of MFI is all about squash. This week, both winter squash and summer squash, will be highlighted in an effort to find the best of the best when it comes to all things squash!
Not only will participants have to chose which squash to cook with, they will also have to chose which chef to cook with!
