I learned how to make a delicious red bean dip from Mark Bittman.
My first ever Scotch eggs, with homemade tupperware chorizo by Hugh!
I made some Rick Bayless pork tamales. Enjoy!
A delicious, and different, filling for quesadillas. The chorizo is definitely a favorite!
I adapted a Nigella Yellow Curry recipe into a soup--so good! ;-)
