HF-W's Cucumber and Lettuce Vichyssoise was fun to make and eat.
Nigella's Hot & Sour Soup with Shrimp and Mushrooms was easy and delicious.

I learned to roast potatoes properly.
A second dish this week--Ottolenghi's Muhammara was really tasty! ;-)
A breakfast or dessert using peaches, apricots and blueberries. Very comforting!
From a favorite chef, Ottolenghi inspired Blue Marlin with Harissa and Rose.
I cook with Hugh for potluck. Delicious stew!

Giada's Pan Fried Asparagus with Gremolata and Crispy Fried Egg is absolutely perfection on a plate!
