Finally went back to my Pepin books to revisit a lighter and healthier option for Egg Gratin...Egg and Tomato Gratin. Delicious!
I chose Jacques Pepin as well and made his shrimp burgers.
I've been really happy with the Giada recipes I've made lately--this one is no exception. Herbed goat cheese balls are really good--especially atop her asparagus soup. ;-)
