This week we are cooking From the Farm!
Make an Eric Ripert recipe that features anything you can get from a
farm or a farmers market--like meats or poultry, eggs, milk, cheeses,
jams, fruits, herbs and/or veggies.

Made a cauliflower cous cous, easy and seasonal.
Eric's great quick and easy gazpacho with farm-fresh veggies and shrimp.
I made a mushroom soup from Shitake and white mushrooms that they were selling at the farmer'a market this week . I made it in my Instant Pot that cooked in 8 minutes! ( Hope I am not too late )
I totally misunderstood that I was supposed to use this cookbook for the recipe. - sorry - please remove my link
