The most heavenly pumpkin pancakes that are not cloyingly pumpkin or overdone with spices AND all of orange squash FAVES!

I made Ruth's "Perfect Fall Soup" subbing in Kabocha for the butternut squash. It was delish. I also rounded up five orange squash favorites. ;-)
