Summer Sammies can be a real lifesaver when the weather is hot. There's always the summer sammie special: burgers and hot dogs, preferably grilled outside. Then there's the cold sammie for when it's just too hot to heat up your kitchen. You can even put some ice cream between two cookies, or brownies, and call it an ice cream sammie, which is the quintessential summer sammie!
