  5. I've thought that I'll missed this week's theme, but made it!
    Sultana and Coconut Slice, nothing special but nice with a cup of tea!
    Will be back visiting everyone next week as I'll be away for Chinese New Year!

  6. My gas oven is behaving badly and needs to be replaced. Rather than skip this week (or risk blowing up my house) ;-) I am stretching the theme to include these yummy 'bars' of grilled pineapple with dark chocolate dipping sauce. ;-)
