And all the things you do
And it was called yellow

ReplyDeleteI'm back...and my YELLOW post is up. Platanos!! Roasted Plantains w/ Cajeta & Pecans = AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteLove that song! No idea what to make this week. Maybe something with corn or corn tortillas is in my future. Hmmm...or maybe that upside down pineapple skillet cake? Because after all, I really need more cake before swimsuit season officially starts at the end of this month.
ReplyDeleteGreat yellow inspiration Natashya. Hmm... What to make???? Trying to decide between something corn, pineapple or mango (it's an orangey-yellow) ;-)
ReplyDeleteMy choice was'nt very difficult, it was al ...corn!
ReplyDeleteI also made the corn chowder--it was good. Loved the roasted peppers and cheese on top.
ReplyDeleteI combined pineapple, mint & serrano into some icy yellow and oh-so-yummy fruit pops (paletas).
ReplyDelete;-)
Scrumptious, delicious yummy jalapeno cornbread! Want one? :)
ReplyDeleteThat corn chowder is delicious!
ReplyDeleteWell, the markets failed me this week. Bought all the ingredients for the Squash Blossom soup and then could never find the squash blossoms!! Whole Foods, Central Market, a couple of good mexican markets here...nada.
