This week we're getting all fruity and dishing up Ottolenghi recipes that feature fruit, whether it be fresh, dried or frozen.
Maybe you want to get all sweet and make something for dessert ...
Date & Oat Bars
Maybe a crisp, fresh salad spiked with fresh or dried fruit ...
Baby Spinach Salad with Dates & Almonds
Or maybe a savoury dish where the fruit really plays a leading role appeals ...
Lamb-stuffed Quince with Coriander & Pomegranate
Whichever way you choose to go you will find a multitude of recipes to choose from in any one of Ottolenghi's books or online.
Just make sure your dish is a Yotam Ottolenghi recipe and that you post it by Sunday 14 July.
Don't forget to link your dish, as well as a thumbnail image, below. Please remember to leave a comment after you link so that we don't miss out on your dish.

That is such a fun collage, Sue! For once I have no idea what I'm making this week. I'll have to hit the books and come up with something.
ReplyDeleteThose bars look amazing! I added my Harissa recipe here because the link was closed for the Paint the Town Red you asked for them on. Hope that is okay!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see everyone's fruit recipes!
My fruitful post is up! I have difficulty in selecting this month's recipes, just because Ottolenghi has tons of recipes with fruits, and I want to make most of them! LoL!
ReplyDeleteThese friands are delightful!
Sue, I love the colourful happy fruity collage!
The focus was local tomatoes for my "fruit-full" couscous dish.
ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to try the Baby Spinach Salad with Dates & Almonds after seeing Kim, Joanne & Sue all make it! It was excellent! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI made the Clementine & Almond Syrup Cake with Chocolate Icing and it was a total failure. The texture of the cake and icing was extremely gritty and it didn't even have a good flavor. I wouldn't recommend it at all! There's always next week :)
ReplyDeleteSome fruity cookies here. Too good they were. :-)
