I'm cooking with Donna Hay for potluck week. Baked Fish with Herbed Couscous, it was good!
ReplyDeleteI made a nourishing vegetarian meal courtesy of Madhur Jaffrey this week.
ReplyDeleteJoining Joyce and Pam with some lovely fish--Donna Hay's Miso-Grilled Salmon. So good!
ReplyDeleteWill be back later this week with Giada. ;-)
Its Ottolenghi for me this week. I think the flavor is Harissa. A simple, delicious Harissa Marinated Chicken is on offer.
ReplyDeleteUsually I go for a Nigella recipe during Potluck but I had a good experience with Donna Hay's quiche.
ReplyDeleteJust call me The Queen of Sauces ... Giada's Mustard Mascarpone Marsala Sauce was a hit at our house this week! Merry Christmas, ladies!
ReplyDeleteMaybe I should have saved Apple and Dark Chocolate Wonton Parcels for next week's Tis the Season...they look Christmasy/wintery with the powdered sugar. But who wants to save having dessert for a whole week?
ReplyDeleteI made two recipes for this month's potluck - one from Yotam and the other from Maddhur Jaffrey - Hope you like them!
ReplyDeleteGiada's Creamy Tomato-Basil Dip with Lavash Crackers is yum and a darn good pasta sauce as well! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI stick to Donna Hay. Baked a Christmas cake. Merry Christmas, everyone!
ReplyDeleteStuck with Donna Hay this week. A holiday confession and some biscotti made for a fun weekend!
ReplyDeletePost is up.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to everyone.
I wanted to make something red and green and healthy so I opted for Giada's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus in Cucumber Cups. Really tasty!
