I went back to Tessa Kiros for a simple Vermicelli Soup with Lemon & Butter (+ Mint & Mizithra). Great comfort food. ;-)
I went with Tessa Kiros as well this week and made risotto, the proper way this time!

I stuck with Donna Hay this week since I haven't been able to make many of her recipes. Mustard and Brandy Gravy served over chicken.
Between all of us we have a quite a buffet of dishes here!
Had to make Donna's Grilled Salmon & Asparagus with Preserved Lemon Yogurt Sauce. So quick and so good! ;-)
