C'est Magnifique!

This week it's all about celebrating magnificent French food. Time to break out all those fantastic French ingredients and get busy on a classic hors-d'oeuvre, entrée, fromage, dessert, or aperitifBe prepared to say C'est Magnifique!

I made a very simple French peasant-style soup with baguette and Gruyere. Simple and magnificent.
