We really enjoyed Giada's Pastina soup. A lovely break from all the heavy holiday foods we've been eating. If only I could stop being lazy and get off the couch!

I gussied up Chef Pepin's Potato & Leek Soup with some Indian-inspired toppings. It was fabulous. ;-)
