For the next six months we are going to be celebrating the recipes of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. Hugh is an English celebrity chef, journalist and food writer and television personality who is known for his back-to-basics style and for working on environmental issues and food sustainability.

Choose any Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall recipe from online or one of his many cookbooks to welcome in our new chef. Make and post your dish by Sunday, April 9th.

ReplyDeleteChicken with couscous, honey and cinnamon, my rhubarb has ways to go, just harvested my first wild garlic. But there is fresh mint and parsley in my garden.
