ReplyDeleteI made Ina's Easy Parmesan Risotto--only on the stove (as all the best risottos are made) ;-) instead of the oven.

ReplyDeleteI can never resist shrimp scampi, but I wanted one without all the butter and fat so I scaled it down....a lot! The results were delicious!
