Meant to make this stew for yogurt week, but finally got to it this week.

Is there a "proper" place to post suggestions for the next 6-month cookbook author? I was thinking Nigel Slater might be fun. I have a couple of his books -- enjoy reading them and cooking from them. Would love a push to use them more. :-)

I made Lake Palace Hotel Aubergines - probably my favourite dish so far :-)
