Love the collage! I made delicious sweet potato galettes from the book Ottolenghi.

Honey Roasted Carrots w/ Tahini Yogurt were pretty, but just ok on taste.

I am adding to the hummus (or hummus-like at least!) parade w/ Ottolenghi's Butter Bean Purée with Dukkah & Egg. Enjoyed the fun toppings in this one. ;-)

Glad you all like the collage. ;-)
