I made delicious ham & cheese with a twist (or 2).
I've made a blini sandwich, so good! The mayo-lemon combo is my new favourite spread for sandwiches!
Chocolate French Toast "Sandwiches"-- decadent and yummy! ;-)
A chicken schnitzel sandwich with no flour/egg/milk breading and no frying...nice clean version of an old favorite.
Sandwich cookies for me this week! I feel like Scarlett O'Hara ... I'll think about a real sandwich tomorrow because tomorrow IS another day! Nom, nom!
Beef & Chorizo Burgers w/ Chipotle Sour Cream Sauce were awesome! Will make again.
French toast sandwiches for me too this week, but given a savoury twist with a filling of a bold green olive tapenade and creamy mozzarella.
Coming in at the last minute again with a bit of a stretch to our theme....Lamb Sausage Rolls! Hey, they eat like a sandwich right? Been wanting to make these forever and they were even better than I anticipated. We really loved them.
