Loving Donna Hay so far! I was excited to start out with using my new lemongrass from the yard. Can't wait to see what everyone else cooks.

With a pantry full of pasta, the choice was easy for me this week. With a no-cook smoked salmon sauce, dinner was quick and delicious!

The salad was so simple that I went back to the pantry and made a cake too ...

Just linked up my Roasted Sweet Potato Pasta which was really colorful and delicious (and also the first time I paired potatoes and pasta together)!

Beans and toast, who knew it could be so delicious...and straight from the pantry! And, best of all, I think I got my link right this week, life is good. :-)

Hi Kayte,
I'm not sure whether my comment got thru over at your post.
That is one delicious dish, I like the combination of bacon, mushroom and beans! Looks good!
