I made a few adaptations to Nigel's Quick Fish & Corn Chowder and it was was wonderful--simple and full of such great flavor. Yum!

I've made laksa. It was mild and makes a lovely meal!

Glad to see the Oct themes are up. Have already made a dish to welcome Diana Henry, being IHCC tradition to welcome a new chef. :)
I'll be taking a short blogging break due to some family commitments, starting next week. Really hate to miss out on any themes, will try to join in if I can.
