Time to get out the milk and/or cheese and SAY MOO!
This week we are rejoicing in all the glorious goodness of milk and/or cheese! Don't be afraid if you don't do dairy, feel free to grab any milk (almond, soy, coconut, etc) and any cheese (sheep, goat, and/or vegan, etc) and sub away! It all counts!

I used coconut for a quick curry.
Not the cheesiest of dishes but it was there and Hugh's Celery & Bean Bruschetta was simple and delicious! ;-)
I used goat's cheese for a beetroot tart
