I'm excited for potluck week. I cleaned out my pantry, refrigerator, and freezer this weekend and found all kinds of goodies that need using up.

Wow, I can't believe our six months is winding down already! I am psyched for this month's potluck, and am doing the chicken curry that Susan did - with the addition of a lonely pineapple that wants using.

Just posted Tessa's jam shortbread. Gotta get rid of those jelly jars!

Surprisingly, I'm in early this week, and I've made the Red Pepper Soup with Olives & Lemon, that I've been wanting to make for months. Just starting to realise how little time is left to make all the dishes I have bookmarked!!

Hope the Chicken Curry goes well for you Natashya.

Just got my potluck dish up, I have to say it is one of my favorite Tessa recipes I've tried so far, so good!

Posted the Pureed Yellow Split Peas from Food From Many Greek Kitchens. Simple, creamy and good. ;-)

I made Dilled Meatballs from Food From Many Greek Kitchens for potluck this week. We liked it--very flavorful. Was like a meatball soup. However, my life has turned sideways and upside down recently and I did a bonehead thing. I deleted my pictures from my camera thinking I had downloaded them. So...no post for me this week. Just wanted to mention that the dilled meatballs were good (although the mixture was "wet" and I had to add breadcrumbs).

Hope to link up next week.
