September Potluck!

It's Potluck week again!  Choose any Ottolenghi recipe you like, or if you prefer choose any recipe from any one of our previous seven IHCC chefs:

Madjur Jaffrey

That makes for a veritable smorgasbord of English, American, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Indian and Middle Eastern recipes to choose from.

I transformed leftover veggies into something that wasn't just edible, but delicious, with a Jamie Oliver recipe.

Thank you for posting the Donna Hay themes. I'm not familiar with her at all but based on the recipes I've seen online, I think I'm going to have a lot of fun for the next 6 months. Looking forward to it.

Ottolenghi: The Cookbook was finally published in the U.S. this month so I made two unique & terrific salads from it. (Got to make the most of our remaining two weeks with Ottolenghi!)

I've made a delicious salad! It seems so fast that 6 months is almost over!

I went with Giada this week. I've been wanting to make her Salmon in Lemon Brodetto with Pea Puree for years and finally got around to it. Absolutely fantastic!
