Surf and/or Turf!
Make any Curtis Stone recipe that features either surf (fish and seafood) and/or turf (meat, poultry, and vegetables). Pick either surf or turf, or do your favorite classic (or maybe a not so classic) combination.
Make and post your Curtis Stone Surf and/or Turf recipe by Sunday, June 19th and link a picture up below.

fresh tasting tuns ceviche and no meat is what I'm bringing this week.
Asian grilled beef and vegetables (and no surf) this week.
Mine is also a no-surf dish of pasta with chorizo. :)
Joining the surf club with fish in lemongrass and yellow curry (although I'll call the spinach in the curry a bit of turf!), served with some yummy coconut rice. ;-)
On the turf side, with a cheesy potato and cauliflower gratin.
I surf with Baltic Sea Shrimps on green asparagus turf ;-)
Finally got around to making New Orleans Barbecued Shrimp and it was delicious!
