A Helping Hand!

I made a lentil vegetable soup.
Ina's Greek Mezze Platter is pretty and tasty and very low-effort with just marinating feta, toasting pine nuts and pita and"artfully arranging' store bought ingredients. ;-)
I decided to take a little bit of a helping hand using a jarred tomato sauce for Ina's Weeknight Bolognese. Comforting and delicious! A Very Merry Christmas to all celebrating!
