Ice Cream, You Scream, We All Scream For Ice Cream.....
Make anything you'd see at an ice cream social this week: ice cream, gelato, sorbet, sherbet, granita, toppings, whipped cream, cherries, etc. Anything you can serve with ice cream or frozen desserts is fair game this week.

Made Ina's lovely milk chocolate oreo ice cream, but have been struggling with my ice cream machine and ice cream setting up properly all day long.. Ugh! Will post more pics tomorrow.
I am in love with this praline semifreddo from Donna Hay. As much as I enjoyed Jamie Oliver's version, this is superior.
