There are quite a few Indian potato dishes that would go quite will with a Thanksgiving meal. I hope someone's doing that!

I liked the stir fried carrots and ginger with mustard seeds so much, I made them again for Thanksgiving.

OMG - I made Black Pepper Potatoes, and made a Lemon Turmeric Aioli to dunk them in. I'm still swooning they were so good.

Hi Natashya,'
Your carrot salad looks crunchy and delicious! I think I could eat it as it is, the whole plate!

I tried MJ's New Pototoes with Cumin and we didn't care for them at all. I think it was the addition of the garam masala that just didn't work for us. Anyway, I decided not to post them because I couldn't think of anything to say (and really they just looked like a bowl of potatoes).
