(Make any dish featuring squash-of any kind, from any of our past or present IHCC chefs. Also, feel free to share any of your favorite squash recipes from IHCC chefs in your post! The idea is to share and celebrate squash!)

November 14th thru 20th:
Buddha Bowls!
(Create a Heidi Swanson inspired buddha bowl - a one bowl meal with several components (grains, beans, fresh veggies, condiments, toppings, seeds, nuts, etc.) artfully arranged to appeal.)
