Potluck is becoming my favorite, but I stuck with Donna Hay and tried her pesto this week. Yummy!

Okay ... that's how exhausted I am ... just commented on the previous post regarding this post's super supper ... LOL! The risotto was the perfect dish for tonight's comfort food ...

I watched the latest episode of Giada at Home and saw her make her Thanks Benedict on Stuffing Cakes with Sage Hollandaise and was totally compelled to make it for myself! A very fun Thanksgiving-inspired take on the traditional Eggs Benedict. Can't wait to check out everyone's dishes later tonight.

I felt the need to cook Donna Hay this week too ;-) so sneaking in at the last minute with my 3rd Potluck dish--Donna's Kabocha (Pumpkin) & Chickpea Curry. It was delish!
