I wanted to post this one last week for tomato week, but didn't have a chance to get it done. So glad that this sauce is also a fabulous and flavorful dipper for lots of things, but mainly for some delicious Italian-inspired fried green tomatoes! Yum!
I paired Hugh's Plum sauce with raw yam beans and fresh fruits instead of roasted parsnips!
I quite enjoyed Hugh's bright and balanced Very Lemony Hummus! ;-)
I'm bring a baba ganoush.
Tempura with sesame dipping sauce. So delicious!
Beetroot and walnut hummus
