Cool things down with a dunk in some Indian yogurt and cucumber sauce.
Add yogurt to your curry or use it as a garnish on top.
Or use yogurt as a marinade for some delicious Tandoor chicken!

The eggplant I made was spicy--loved how the minty yogurt cooled it down.

Simple orange lassi. Just right on a hot (or cooler) day.
I really enjoyed the flavor of the baked beef curry. The combined flavors were phenomenal, but I suspect I minced the onions too finely and they detracted from the mouthfeel of the dish. I'll definitely make this again, and experiment some more. :)
I made a yogurt side dish...kind of a relish type to be served at the end of the meal...

Finally got around to trying a mango lassi (been on my to-do list for a LONG time).
I'm a little late with my yoghurt post, but hope you don't mind me just sneaking in this yoghurt marinated baked lamb. Was sooo worth the wait.
