I was torn between two noodle dishes this week so here's the first--an easy and tasty Prawn Noodle Soup. ;-)

As much Donna Hay Pasta as I make, you'd think I could have managed this one, but nope. Just pretend rice is my pasta!

Finally got around to making the Lemon & Dill Smoked Salmon Pasta--so easy and good. ;-)
