Stock Your Exotic Pantry!

A well-stocked pantry is one of the keys to successful cooking.  With an IHCC chef as globally influenced as Diana Henry, having a pantry stocked with more exotic ingredients comes in handy.

LOVED both the Spiced Feta in Olive Oil and the Persian Marinated Olives. Perfect pantry items for a holiday mezze plate. ;-)

Is the link to the welcome page wrong or does the welcome page not work?

ostwestwind--Regarding the Welcome Page, I checked the link on this post and fixed it as well as a few Welcome links on previous posts that were broken. Thanks for noticing.
;-)

BTW--If you ever need to get to the Welcome page and the post link won't work, the permanent "Click here for more..." link in the top right corner is another way to get there.
