I've made Henry's stir-fried kale replacing it with Chinese Kale (Kai Lan), from my garden.
I made a delicious layered vegetable and cheese gratin.
I may have made Diana's 'Crazy Salad" even crazier. ;-) Lots of veggies and other good stuff with a harissa dressing. Mmm...
