Each month we choose a variety of ten mystery box ingredients from which to cook. It's up to you to select at least three of those ingredients and chose a recipe featuring those ingredients from one of our twelve IHCC chefs! We love to see which chef you chose to cook with, which ingredients you select, and the reason (or story) behind the recipe you share! Are you ready for April's challenge?
Here are your April 2015 MBM Ingredients:
Your dish should contain at least three of these mystery ingredients, and you get to choose any dish from our current guest chef, Jacques Pepin, or any one of our previous eleven IHCC chefs:

If you are up for the challenge, make and post your dish by Sunday, April 19th. Please remember to link a thumbnail image and leave a comment after you link so that we don't miss out on your dish.

I'll be so interested to see what people come up with for this one! I couldn't find any recipes in my collection that fit the bill!
What a great challenge and can't wait to reveal what I do!
Thank you for inspiring me!
Scallops with a walnut sauce, served with country bread. Does that work?
I LOVED this challenge! Thank you for inspiring me via Chef Jacques Pepin's recipe!
What's On The List
With one ingredient switch (tarragon in place of cilantro), I made Jacques Pepin's Smoked Salmon Pizza. It was fabulous and just what I was craving. ;-)
Making up for the not-quite-three-ingredient scallop dish with a new one: fried rice cakes. I'm new at the challenge!
I made Tarragon, Chicken & Ham Pasties by Donna Hay. :)
This month's MBM is really challenging! Almost could not find the perfect combination! Nigel Slater to the rescue (LOL!) with his delicious Roast Chicken, Herb and Asparagus Rice. Yum!
Pepin's Coquilles St. Jacques is one of our new favorite dishes.
