October 29th - November 4th: October IHCC Potluck!  
(Make any Ruth Reichl dish OR make any dish from any of our other IHCC chefs - your choice!)

(Make a recipe from any of our past or present IHCC chefs featuring cranberries in any way. Also, feel free to share any of your past favorite cranberry recipes from IHCC chefs in your post!)

November 19th - 25th: Bread Basket!
(Pass the Bread Basket because we LOVE bread at IHCC. Make any Ruth Reichl bread recipe and/or make any Ruth Reichl recipe with bread).

November 26th - December 2nd): November IHCC Potluck!  
(Make any Ruth Reichl dish OR make any dish from any of our other IHCC chefs - your choice!)

(Ruth cooked her way out of emotionally hard times, so this week make a Ruth Reichl dish that you find therapeutic--either in the cooking or the eating.)

December 10th - 16th: Monthly Featured Ingredient/Dish Challenge--Cakes!
(Make a recipe from any of our past or present IHCC chefs featuring any kind of cake--from dessert to pancakes to fishcakes or potato cakes, or whatever kind of cake suits your fancy, Also, feel free to share any of your past favorite cake recipes from IHCC chefs in your post!)

December 17th - 23rd:
Traditions & Classics!
(There are dishes that are just classics or holiday traditions this time of year. Make any Ruth Reichl dish to celebrate the season.)

(It's 2019 and time for a new start--getting more veggies into your diet, taking your lunch to work, baking your own bread...; make any Ruth Reichl recipe to celebrate a new start in the kitchen that you want to make.)

January 14th - 20th: The Big Apple!
(NYC or Bust! Make any Ruth Reichl recipe with a New York vibe or any of her recipes modeled after New York restaurants).

January 21th - January 27th: January IHCC Potluck!

(Cook one of Ruth's many globally inspired dishes. Ruth has an impressive amount of recipes featuring cuisine from all over the world).
(We're getting cheesy for Valentine's Day by having a "Pizza" My Heart challenge. Make a recipe from any of our past or present IHCC chefs featuring any kind of pizza or pizza-flavored recipe--you can choose to make a traditional pizza or venture outside of the box to make a recipe that says "pizza" to you! Also, feel free to share any of your past favorite pizza recipes from IHCC chefs in your post!)

February 18th - February 24th:
Retro Recipes!  
(Ruth has many retro recipes, whether it's a recipe from a vintage issue of Gourmet magazine, or a retro favorite from back in the day. We're going back in time)!

(Make any Ruth Reichl dish OR make any dish from any of our other IHCC chefs - your choice!)

There's two Rs in Ruth's name so this week let's cook with ingredients that start R (like radishes, raisins, roast beef, romaine, rice...you get the idea...) Make any Ruth Reichl recipe that features or includes R ingredients.

(Cabbage is a versatile ingredient and there are several different kinds to choose from, so make a recipe from any of our IHCC chefs that features or includes it. Also, feel free to share any of your past favorite cabbage recipes from our IHCC chefs in your post!)

March 18th - 24th: March Potluck!

(Make any Ruth Reichl dish OR make any dish from any of our other IHCC chefs - your choice!)

March 25th - 31st: Goodbye Ruth!

Hi Debra,
No worries. They are posted on the side bar too--usually about 3 weeks in advance. We just put up December's this week.
