Look for those Nigel recipes online or in his books that feature your favorite cheese (or 'cheeses') as an ingredient.
Add 'A Little Cheese, Please!' to your recipe and be sure to post it by Sunday, May 18th.
Please remember to link a thumbnail image of your dish and don't forget leave a comment after you link so that we don't miss out on your post.

I made the ultimate cheese-y dish - a grilled cheese sandwich!
I loved the green herbs in this cheesy risotto!
I've made a risotto too, a first-time for me! And it was good!
I made NS's Rice with Cheese. The cheesy, toasted bread crumb topping was so good!
LOVED Nigel's Orecchiette with Goat Cheese, Artichokes, & Green Olives. So good with the creamy goat cheese, slightly melting in the pasta. ;-)
I mada warm new potato saldad with melted cheese and watercress. So good!
Finally got around to a version of spanakopita inspired by Nigel's laid back approach to cooking.
Seems to be risotto week--that's what I did too!
