 Mediterranean cuisine encompasses many countries: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Monaco, Montenegro, Slovenia, Spain, Syria, Tunisia, and Turkey so there are lots of possibilities! 

The food From The Mediterranean consists of ingredients like olive oil, fresh fruits and vegetables, protein-rich legumes, fish, seafood, whole grains, and let's not forget the wine!
