What are some of your favorite ways to eat green? Salads, Sandwiches, Pizzas, Dips and/or Spreads, a sprinkle of fresh herbs? All are good ways to be fabulous, healthy and green!

Aromatic Noodles with Lime-Peanut Sauce. Missed the last couple of weeks; daughters were home from spring break.
Adored Ellie's simple Shrimp Salad with Mint and Cucumber--served in lettuce leaves for extra 'green' points. ;-) It got me over a food slump this week and helped me find my appetite.
Creamed spinach, the greens to go with Ellie's Honey-Crisp Chicken. :)
